Join Kali Moon for an Earth-based Elemental Yoga session followed by traditional Tea Ceremony.
Elemental Yoga is a meridian-based yoga practice that intentionally activates specific energy lines in the body to help one achieve desired mental, emotional and physical results. It is in an incredibly effective therapy and can be used to deepen one's relationship to their own inner nature.
We begin with the Earth element, and the body. We begin, with the cultivation of presence in this moment and all that it has to offer us. As we activate the stomach and spleen meridians, we will come to find ourselves feeling more grounded, stable and without worry. Following the practice, we will sit with Tea in silent meditation. Allowing the leaf to further be our guide into our inner dimensions of self.
