Elemental Yoga is a meridian-based yoga practice that intentionally activates specific energy lines in the body to help one achieve desired mental, emotional and physical results. It is in an incredibly effective therapy and can be used to deepen one's relationship to their own inner nature.
With solid ground beneath us, our rivers flow. Moving on from the Earth element to the Water element, we will further cultivate a deep and reverent relationship to our body, breath, and life itself. The Water element primarily works with the unconscious mind by activating that 'which is hidden', our back body, and the bladder and kidney meridians in Chinese Medicine. This class will serve as a time and space to tap into the unlimited potential of trust and peace that resides within you. Following the practice, we will sit with Tea in silent meditation. Allowing the leaf to further be our guide into our inner dimensions of self.
